It is our goal is that every guest walks out the door feeling nothing less than WOW. We are willing to go above and beyond to make this happen. If you are not satisfied with your hair, we are happy to redo it, at no cost to you, or give you a salon credit for a future service. We are also willing to provide you with a full service refund equivalent to the value of the service, if you choose to forgo the first two options. When you opt to receive a monetary refund we kindly ask that you do not return to our salon and your information will be removed from our future informational and promotional mailing lists.
If something does go wrong we appreciate the opportunity to make it right.
You, as a client of the salon, are very important to us, and we want you to have a pleasurable experience. If you have any question or concerns, please don't hesitate to let us know.
We recommend that you make all appointments in advance to ensure stylist availability, as well as to secure the time that works best for your schedule. Please remember to book your next appointment before leaving the salon to enable Front Desk staff to accommodate your wishes. For your convenience online booking is also available.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to relax, browse style ideas and enjoy a refreshing beverage.â€‹
Due to the high demand of our services and our booking, we adhere to a 15- minute late policy. Unfortunately, if you are running more than 15 minutes past your appointment and have failed to contact the salon, we may have to reschedule. Upon booking, we reserved that time especially for you and try to avoid conflicting with another patron’s personal time.â€‹
24 hour Appointment Cancellation
As a courtesy to our other clients and our staff, and to avoid a $25 No-Show Fee, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. (48 hours in advance for extension/weave services, $50 No-Show Fee)
Confirmation Calls and Email
As a courtesy, we send each client an email appointment reminder a few days prior to the appointment. We also try to call and confirm your appointment a business day prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the No-Show Fee. Please provide our receptionist with the phone number and email address that is best to contact you.
Our waiting area is cozy. Please refrain from bringing more than one additional guest due to our limited available seating. We thank you for your cooperation in advance.â€‹
In order to maintain a relaxing environment, as well as insurance purposes, we ask that you please leave your children at home unless they have an appointment.
Gratuity is not included in any of the services or packages. The customary gratuity for a salon service is 15-20 % at your discretion and may be left by means of credit card or cash.
No cell phones are to be used while salon services are being performed.
If you are not satisfied with a product that you purchased we will gladly exchange it for you, or give you a store credit. No Cash Refunds. Hair purchased at our salon is also non-refundable. A product may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a retail credit. Final Sale on Promotional or Sale Items.â€‹
Some salon services require a non-refundable deposit to reserve the appointment. This time is reserved exclusively for you. The courtesy of a 24-hour notice is appreciated. Failure to give a 24-hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling will result in the loss of your deposit.â€‹
Gift certificates are available for your gift giving convenience and are offered in any amount of $25 or more. They do not include gratuities and are not redeemable for cash. Gift card and gift certificates are non-refundable and expire 1 year from the purchase date. They are available for purchase in the salon as well as online.â€‹
Payment is made at the end of your visit, at the front desk reception area. For your convenience we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Tangibles Gift Cards or cash.â€‹
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, please do not bring pets into our salons. As always, though, service dogs are welcome at any time.â€‹

Pricing is based on time, hair length and product used to perform each service. Pricing is subject to increase if additional time or product is needed to accommodate your particular hair needs. If you have any questions on specific pricing, then we urge you to ask your stylist for pricing prior to your service.â€‹
Tangibles Salon may occasionally place Internet cookies on guests' hard drives. Internet cookies save information such as the visitor's name, password, user-name, shopping cart, stock portfolio, screen preferences, the pages of the Web site viewed by the visitor, and the advertisements viewed or clicked by the visitor. Internet cookies are stored on the visitor's hard drive and are not stored, in any form, by Tangibles Salon. Guests may decline the Internet cookie by using the appropriate feature of their Web client software, if available.
â€‹Use of Personal Data Collectedâ€‹
Personal data collected by Tangibles Salon will be used by Tangibles Salon for information notification and feedback purposes, for general statistical analysis of use of the site, for service/product development, for content improvement, to inform advertisers as to how many guests have seen or clicked on their advertisements, and to customize content and layout of Tangibles Salon's site. Data on guests' home servers is aggregated for internal review and then discarded. Names, postal and e-mail addresses, and phone numbers collected may be added to Tangibles Salon's databases and used for future calls and mailings regarding site updates, new products and services, upcoming events.â€‹
â€‹Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Partiesâ€‹
Tangibles Salon will not rent or sell visitor information to any outside party, without your consent.â€‹
Guests may opt out of having their personal information collected by Tangibles Salon, used by Tangibles Salon for secondary purposes, disclosed to third parties or used by Tangibles Salon or third parties to send promotional correspondences to the visitor, by contacting Tangibles Salon.
â€‹Access to and Ability to Correct Personal Dataâ€‹
Upon request via postal mail, e-mail, or phone, Tangibles Salon will provide to guests a summary of any personal information retained by Tangibles Salon regarding the visitor. Guests may modify, correct, change, or update their personal record or cause their personal record to be removed from Tangibles Salon's database. Tangibles Salon will only send personal records to the e-mail address on file for the visitor name associated with it.â€‹
